Our prospects fill a form "contact us" in our website.
Marketing dep. receives the email notification with the complete text of the form and assign the correct contact owner, who will receive a notification of this assignment. Opening the contact assigned the salesman can read the filled form.
The thing we are not able to do, is to forward the content of the form to one of our dealers outside Hubspot, as they do with emails.
The form attached to the contact cannot be shared or emailed. The only way we have to forward the lead to our dealer is to send the original email notification received by hubspot. How can we make all this process more fluid?

Which tools (CRM, Marketing, Sales) and version (Free, Starter, Pro or Enterpise) of Hubspot are you using?
Is there a reason the form is not integrated with Hubspot?
Are form fills always sent to a dealer or just in certain cases?
I believe there are a few ways to accomplish this. However, more details on your process would be helpful.
