Firsttime Hubspot mail stopped working

Started hubspot few weeks ago tested the emailing option worked fine.

 

now week later i log in and cant send mails anymore 

"There was an issue sending your email from the CRM"

Sending to diffrent mails doesnt change it.

  • Manually input your email address and password (as opposed to them automatically populating) DONE
  • Manually input your server and port information DONE
  • Confirmed your email and password are correct DONE
  • Confirmed the ports and servers with your email provider (this step isn't required before trying to connect, however if the auto-populated ports push back an error message, you should reach out to your email provider for this information before posting in the community).  DONE

I also tested the settings with allow non-secure and outgoing credentials without any luck:(

I understand you have an issue with sending Sales emails (1:1 emails). To identify where is the error coming from, could you share the following information?

  • Which inbox are you using? Personal inbox or shared inbox (conversations inbox)?
  • Does this issue happen only when you try to send emails from CRM or from your inbox(Gmail, Outlook, Office 365 etc) too?
  • Does this issue happen with other users too or only for you?
  • Does this issue happen with any contacts or only with specific contacts in your account?
