Error in sending mails

I am here to ask about the issue that we are facing while sending mails to our costumer as well the internal mails within the company, please let us know how to get this issue resolved.

What happens when you click the "let us know" link?

I would recommend going down that route - I assume it links back to HubSpot Support.

This is something someone from HubSpot needs to take a closer look at.

Can you elaborate a little bit as to what exact issues you are facing?

• Are you sending marketing emails or sales emails?
• How are these emails being sent?
• If marketing emails, what reasons can you see in the marketing email performance tab as to why they were not sent?
• When you talk about internal emails, how are these being sent - a workflow?

It would also be helpful if you can include a few screenshots, appropriately anonymised of course.

We are not able to send mails, neither the client nor the internal business
mails within the company. Please let us know the remedies for this issue.
