Error connecting to Groupwise mail server through IMAP

Hello @roisinkirby and @jennysowyrda as well as everyone else,

 

We are trying to connect to my inbox which is hosted on a on-premises Novell Gropwise server. I have been able to connect to the Groupwise server using Thunderbird with the exact same settings and I am able to successfully send and receive mail so IMAP and SMTP are working, as are the credentials. When I try to connect through Hubspot I get the following: Error - Unable to create inbox for this user.

I have done all of the testing that is required on the sticky post of this board.

@roisinkirby  @jennysowyrda below is a screenshot of the settings I am using with the domain blocked out. Let me know if you need that as well. Thanks.
