Error 0x800736B2 - Add-in OutlookSOLVE

From 3 days I have problems with the add-in. I tried the main and alternative ways to install the add-in but doesn't work and this's the message.
I updated and re-installed Visual Studio but it doesn't work. I didn't find any topic with error 0x800736B2.
