Emails sent from CRM don't copy to outlook sent items
I would like to get emails sent from Hubspot CRM to appear in my sent items in outlook. If I go to the relevant contact card in hubspot and hit the Email icon it works fine (I can send an email and see the sent email in outlook too). However, that doesn't give me correspondence history. If I hit 'reply to' on the message anywhere else within Hubspot then that email doesn't end up in my sent items in outlook. Please can someone help?

FYI, if I send a new email from Hubspot it shows in outlook. If I 'reply to' an email in hubspot, it does not show in any folder in Outlook. This is the problem.
Can you send me via DM the email address you're using? If you're on IMAP HubSpot sends the copy of the email to your email server but cannot control which folders it will be copied to, but I can have a look.
