Emails not sending after connecting

SOLVE

Hi Hubspot,

 

I connected our GMAIL account to hubspot, got everything connected an then went to send an email. Turns out our dashboard says it was sent but I never received the email in our inbox. I reached out to sales support and the gentleman also asked me to add his email to test it.. same thing.

 

Help?

Hey! It actually eventually did come through. Took some hours but I’m going to do maybe another test and we can see if it takes just as long or if it was just the initializing period. Thanks for following up. Appreciate it

Hi @DGlassworks,

 

Can you please share a screenshot of the dashboard that says it was sent? Are you referring to a marketing or a sales email that you sent? Did you connect you personal email or your email sending domain?
