Emails not always logged

Hi, most of my emails get logged successfuly in the system - but for certain contacts nothing seems to get logged. Even if i forward the email. I can see the forwarded email in the activity feed but its not associated with the user.

 

whay's goin gwrong?

 

I use office 365 with a linked account into HubSpot.

Hi @timjwardster,

 

Are the email addresses you are communicating with on the never log list

 

If you can share specific examples, that would be great.

Hi, thanks for the suggestion. No, nothing on my never logged list at all.

 

What's the best way of sharing? - i don't want to publish any data here in the community. As an example I have a deal in place with two contacts associated witht it. No emails i send to them get logged, when i forward or bcc emails from them they don't get logged.

 

Other contacts and deals do get emails added.
