Email tracking not working
SOLVE
Hubspot is not keep track of my emails sent. It does track my co-workers. I have tried all the steps recommended here, but nothing works. Do you know how I can change that?
To troubleshoot email tracking issues with HubSpot, please make sure that your inbox is connected, the add-in is open when sending emails, and the email client is set to HTML mode.
Additionally, check the 'Track email opens' box when sending emails and disable any conflicting add-ins or security programs.
Make sure Outlook is not attaching the HubSpot tracking pixel via CID, and consider switching back to the legacy version of Outlook for Mac if necessary.
