Email notification once sales email has been read by recipient
Hi, is there a way that the contact owner gets notified once the contact person reads the email. Currently there is a quick notification for a brief moment but I would like to have ideally an email notification to the contact owner.
I have played around with a workflow based on recent sales email open date (Recent sales email open date IS AFTER PROPERTY Last contacted) but somehow it's not re-enrolling the workflow properly (enabled re-enrollment).
Maybe there is a better (or smarter) way of achieving this..
