@JVisling I tested this and you're correct, it doesn't log from Gmail in iOS. Your options would be to add your HubSpot BCC address to each email to log them, or to use the HubSpot mobile app to send emails directly from HubSpot. Hope that helps clarify.

Hello - not sure if this is the correct place to ask this, so please let me know if I should be asking elsewhere. My team uses the HS app on their mobile, but also uses the mobile Outlook app for sending emails. On desktop, the BCC is automatically added to outgoing emails, but not on mobile, which means anything done from their phone is not being logged unless they manually add it. Is there a way to auto-add the BCC via mobile?
@KariAlder hi. The short answer is no, there's not a way to auto-add BCC, no. Users would have to include the BCC as a contact in their Outlook/phone and add it manually. Conversely, they could use the HubSpot app to its fuller potential and make that their contact/emailing tool when working.

Thank you for your input. I guess the Hubspot BCC address is the way to go. 🙂 Sending e-mail directly from Hubspot on the go from Mobile will be harder, since the email you want to reply is in the Gmail app.
