Email is not connecting

It used to be then one day it said I was disconnected. Also I don't see how to attach the screenshots which were requested. I have followed all the steps listed here: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Sales-Email/PLEASE-READ-BEFORE-POSTING-Troubleshooting-IMAP-Require...

with more information, please follow the steps for "Unauthorized".

 

To attach a screenshot here you will need to click the camera icon on the top bar.
