Email integration via IMAP

SOLVE

Hi!

 

We just started using Hubspot. I and two other colleagues were able to setup IMAP integration for our inboxes, though I have one colleague that's unable to make a connection. The error message states 'Sorry, Hubspot can't access your inbox'. He's using the same mail server and ports as my other colleagues. What could be the issue here?
