Emails are bouncing when I copy in one of my team members when I send via Hubspot to one of my team members from within the contact or deals section. I have linked my emails (outlook) to my account and can send to this email address without any issues when not using hubspot. It's saying that this 'customer' has bounced previously, however she is a member of our team so I'm unsure how this can happen.

Being a small team we dont have an IT Team hence us trying to problemsolve this ourselves.
The knowledgebase article doesnt really cover the issue we're facing. For clarity, we can send emails to this person without issue at all using any other means, however, it's just bouncing when copying in this person into email from hubspot. She can send and recieve emails she sends herself via Hubspot.
