Hi! I am currently struggling with attaching documents to sales-emails. The name of the document changes automatically to "no name" or something similar, as soon as it is sent. In Hubspot it shows the original name, but in Outlook not. Can anybody help? 🙂

I am not able to reproduce this issue on my end. Can you confirm how you are adding the attachments to your portal before sending them out through HubSpot?
Additionally, can you confirm that the issue occurs when sending emails t other email clients (aside from Outlook)?
