Is there a way to tell hubspot who "I" am? So when I open email chains it doens't flag that as the recipient taking action? Something like Google Analyics lets me filter out internal traffic to my site, I'd like to filter out my own activity from my customers and prospects.
To find your own IP address, you can do one of the following:
Go to http://whatismyip.com or http://ip4.me/.Your IP address will display at the top of the screen. If you are working remotely, this could change frequently.
Ask your IT department for this information.
Call your internet provider and ask them what your IP range is.
Find out if your internet provider can provide you with a static IP for your corporate office or home network and use that instead.
For best results, confirm that you're using thelatest version of Google Chrome. When you have your IP address or the IP address you want to block:
In your HubSpot account, click thesettings iconsettingsin the main navigation bar.
In the left sidebar menu, navigate to General.
Click theEmailtab.
In theEmail extension settingssection, clickManage blocked IP addresses.
In the dialog box, enter anIP address, then clickAdd.

Sweet, happy to hear! If you consider this thread solved, you can help others find this information, too, by marking my post as a solution. I'd appreciate it!
