Email Signature Issue On Mobile

I created a brand new Hubspot email signature yesterday. I copied the signature over to Gmail. When I send an email through Gmail using my browser, the email signature works perfectly. When I send an email on mobile, the email signature does not appear at all and I cannot send emails on mobile with the signature. Please help! I really want this to work, otherwise, we will have to find a better email signature creator.

To make sure we are on the same page with this, can you confirm that you had copied and paste your signature code or design within your google settings, as explained here: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/8395?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en

If you confirm that you have set up in the same way. Can you please confirm the steps you follow to send the email from your mobile? 

It will be very important as well to have the version and software of mobile you are using so we can test it further if we need.
