Email Signature -- Images Won't Sit Side-by-Side

lösung

Hi everyone,

I have a really random question. I am trying to set up my email signature. In my signature in outlook I have some favicons and logos that sit side by side.

However, in Hubspot the images keep stacking. How do I get them to rest side by side?

Thank you!

Hi @SCarr88 ,

Are you trying to create your email signature in the “Manage email signatures” settings, or are you adding a signature directly when composing an email at the contact level?

Just to clarify, HubSpot’s email signature editor doesn’t support inline (side-by-side) image placement by default, unlike Outlook. Images are treated as block elements and will stack vertically unless you use HTML.

To display images side by side, use the HTML editing option in your signature settings:

  1. Go to: Settings → General → Email → Signature, and switch to the HTML editor.

  2. Paste the following code (replace the image URLs with your own):

<table style="border:none;">
<tbody><tr>
<td><img src="https://www.grazitti.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/logo.svg" width="80" height="80" alt="Icon1"></td>
<td><img src="https://www.grazitti.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/logo.svg" width="80" height="80" alt="Icon2"></td>
<td><img src="https://www.grazitti.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/logo.svg" width="80" height="80" alt="Icon3"></td>
</tr>
</tbody></table>

  1. Save your signature.

  2. Send yourself a test email, as different email clients (like Outlook or Gmail) may display the signature slightly differently. Always double-check the final layout.

Hi @SCarr88,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!

I see that you are wanting to place some images on your email signature side by side instead of stacked.

I'd love to invite some of our Community Champions to take a look here - @Stephanie-OG @miljkovicmisa and @mangelet do you have any ideas on this one?

Oh ok. I didn't realize it didn't do it natively. Thank you for the help!
