When I try to do email sequence at first it had a lock on it, even though I have pro sales hub. Now it says I need to connect an inbox which I laready did .
Regarding the inbox connection, there are various ways to connect an inbox in HubSpot, e.g. a team email address or a personal email. Make sure to follow the steps and that should get you to where you want to be.
If you're 100% sure that you have this setup correctly, this might be a bug. In that case, please share a screenshot of your configured connected email from Settings > General > Email and of the prompt HubSpot is showing when you're trying to set up a sequence.
