Email Connecting Issues

Hi there,

 

Hub ID: 8605798
- I can confirm I have taken the following steps listed here.
- I have Googled.
- I have also gone to my Technology Solutions Manager who set up my website & email and he's also stumped.

- I've also attached a screenshot of the advanced server info from my laptop/iphone where my email is connected.

Welcome to the Community.

 

I was checking on the back-end the error means we cannot sustain a connection to the mail host. This could be a temporary issue, but if it is not then it's possible the server or port settings are incorrect. If those are correct then usually the resolution is to work with the email provider to allow our IPs. See Set up IMAP settings for your email domain to learn more.
