For the "log email" option when you viewing a contact card, is there a way to customise this mini window?
Right now my shows who is being contacts, the date of the logging the email, the exact time it will be logged and undereath an area to describe what the email is about:
Is there anyway I can add more dropwdown menus? so for example an field to mark the email's outcome?
I saw the "log call" option had some limited custmisation, so I assumed it would be the same for "log email", but I can't see anywhere in the setting to do this.
It's currently not possible to customize the Log Email activity composer.
I found this feature request in our Ideas forum where other users are requesting a similar function. It's currently marked as "not planned", but I'd recommend supporting the Idea with an upvote and explaining your use case in the comments. Our product team uses that forum to collect ideas on how we can improve the product for our customers. Product pays particular attention to the top voted ideas & takes them into consideration along with other feedback channels.
