I've been using the email tracking feature for months now without issue, and now all of a sudden, it has stopped working. I've recently switched to a newer computer, but I use Chrome, so all my settings should be saved the same.
I've tried the following:
- reinstalling the extension
- checked for conflicting extensions
- ensured the track email box is checked
- I tried to check the settings, but I have not changed anything and don't really know what to look for.
I notice that it is not adding a BCC as it used to. I tried to add it manually, but it still is not working.
