Duplicate emails synced

Hi, I have a few issues when I try to link outlook to CRM.  

 

1. When I bcc my hubspot ID email, the email gets entered twice.  

 

2. Sometimes, the email gets associated as a record in the wrong contact.  

 

Why is this happening?
