I'm familiar with this type of software and a couple of clients use it on their exchange server to disperse signatures. It ensures that all signatures look the same, include relevant legal language, etc.
I am not aware of a way to use this technology from within the HubSpot platform, so those managed signatures would only be attached if sending from their email client.
We use Office365, CodeTwo Signatures for 365 and HubSpot
The system appears to work intermittently. Some messages sent out of HubSpot on our email system wouldnt display the signature at all.
Neither side could figure out what was going on, so we've had to set a rule for HubSPot emails to prevent the signatures from working, and instead use the HubSpot signature system.

Josh, I really appreciate your insight to this situation. For the employees who will be emailing from HubSpot, I'll get their signatures standardized as we only have about 7. And for the other employees, I'll get their signatures set up with Code Two.
