Document: "Unknown Deck"

Hi - When I upload a new document and then add it to an email template, I keep getting this "unknown deck". Does anyone know how to fix this?

Document: "Unknown Deck"

Followed the above mentioned process for uploading a document. Have restarted pc and application several times, however after inserting the uploaded doc, typing in display text and hitting save/update sequence - the text returns to "unknown deck".

First time running into this issue but seems to be persisting.

Document: "Unknown Deck"

"Unknown deck" is the field where the "link display text" populates. You simply have to fill out this box when seelecting the document you want to insert. See below screenshot. Screenshot 2024-05-14 at 3.08.43 PM.png

I follow that process and still get this error. It does not happen all the time though. Any ideas how to fix this?
