Designating signatures in Sequence emails

How can one go about designating the signature to be used in a specific sequence email template?

I have multiple email signatures and I just created a Sequence for which I want a specific one of theses to be the specialized signature for the content of the emails. It does not allow me to desgnate a specific email.

Is there a way to do this and I just can't figure it out?

Hi @DClute ,
At this time, HubSpot does not support assigning different email signatures to individual sequence templates. Each user in HubSpot can have only one default email signature, which is automatically applied to all one-to-one emails and sequence emails sent from their account.

Workaround:
If you need to use a different signature for a particular sequence, the best approach is to manually insert the desired signature directly into the body of each email within that sequence. While this isn't automated, it allows for the customization you need on a per-sequence basis.

Hi @DClute ,

This is definitely useful when you are managing multiple roles or contexts but currently HubSpot doesnot support setting up of unique signature per sequence. For each user you can have only one default email signature that can be applied to all sequences and one on one emails sent from their account.

Here is the Idea that @DClute created "Designate Custom Signatures for various communications" so that you can add your upvotes to it.

One workaround in your case which would be the best is to manually add or edit the desired signature in the body of your email.

Steps for the same would be to go for sequences and click on the one you would like to edit and scroll down to the bottom of the email and paste or type your signature and save.
