I am asking for support, I have prepared a workflow for sending marketing emails. The first email is sent after a 1-minute delay, the second after 3 minutes and the third after 5 minutes. The logs show that the entire workflow is going through correctly, there are no error messages, but the e-mails do not reach the specified e-mail address or arrive very late and in a different order. What could be causing this? I have already tried sending messages from and to different email addresses. It didn't change anything.
Hey @PJas there could be a number of reasons behind this. Have you checked any of the contact records who have not received the emails? There should be information on the timeline showing why their emails were not delivered.
Regarding the timing, if they're marketing emails going out, it can take some time for the sending servers to process them, and even more time for the receipient servers to process and display them. It could be entirely possible that it is taking more than 2 minutes for these to be processed, which is why you might see them not come through immediately or in an unexpected order.

Thanks for the quick reply 😄 The timeline shows that the emails have been sent. I will check the workflow by setting a longer delay between sending individual emails.
