Deal Outcome Reporting From Sequences

Hi all,

My team uses sequences for a lot of our automated sales outreach. We've been building custom reports to attribute deal revenue back to these sequences but it's been a fairly manual process. I'm really curious if anyone has experience with the Deal Outcomes reporting within sequences (Sales Hub Enterprise only) and could share screenshots of their experience with it? We're considering upgrading from Professional but I want to make sure it's worth it. Thanks!

Thanks for your post @annecaylin! Could you attach a fuller screen snapshot to verify where you see this report option? This will help us verify what specific report type you are trying to get to know.

Maybe this is referring to the Deal Rate measurement in Sequence analytics as described in this Knowledge Base article. Let me know and we can ask some of our experts for specific examples!

Sure! Here is a larger screenshot. I believe the deal rate measurement is what I'm looking for! Are there any videos or examples showcasing that feature?Screenshot 2024-09-17 165647.png

I couldn't find any videos, but here are some screenshots from one of my test Sequences! One contact had a deal created after being enrolled in this sequence-- I can click into the rate and see the associated contact and deal records!

Maybe one of our experts has a video to recommend or can share what theirs looks like: Hey @HubSpot_Corey  or @karstenkoehler any resources you can share here?

Thanks!
Kennedy
