Countersignature Email for Customer

Seeing as the creator of a quote gets notified via email when all signatures are complete, it would be really nice if the customers who sign the quote could also receive an email that the countersignature is complete (if countersignature is required) with a link to download the fully signed version.

Hi Kristen,

I did see that related idea, but believe it has already been implemented so
I wasn't sure if I should add my idea if it is likely that the original
post should already be marked as complete. (See attached example where that
post idea is already in place.)
