Connecting with a rackspace email

I'm having trouble connecting my work email to Hubspot.  I keep getting this error message.  I enter my email and password manually.  The username and password i am using is my Hubspot account.  My account ID is 5181724

Hi @Elvis

 

You need to enter the email address and password for your email inbox, not your HubSpot log in. 

 

Can you please try entering the credentials you use to connect to your inbox?

Are you receiving a different error message now? Can you please send along a screenshot and also confirm that you are receiving the same issue across multiple browsers? 

 

If you are entering all of the right information, can you please connect with your IT team or email provider to ensure that your inbox meets all of the requirements outlined here.
