Colleague's signature appears instead of mine

SOLVE

Hello,

 

I saved my signature under Profile & Preferences, but when I send emails, my colleague's signature is sent instead of mine. I tried removing my signature from my preferences, but my colleague's signature still appears at the bottom of the emails I send.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Colleague's signature appears instead of mine

SOLVE

I realized the problem occured when I replied to a message via the inbox. However, my signature appears correctly when I reply from the ticket. From now on, I will only reply via the ticket.

Have you checked the inbox email signature setttings?

Check the team signature portion and remove, or add a generic company signature.

Hey @Julie12 

are you using a template for your emails?

Is the contact asign to you or your collegue?

Some time when can use some automations or personalization so that the signature can be automatically insert depending on owner for example.

Can you check this up? Or even share a screenshot of the email you are sending

I am not using a template and the contact is not assigned to my colleague. Here are the screenshots:
