Hi, my connected email is [email], but when I send CRM emails, the sender name still appears as “Natalia Mourao”. I already updated my profile and user name, but the sender name hasn’t changed. Could someone from HubSpot support please update the display name to Expert Dental Solutions?
Hey @EDSolutions CRM emails are sent from your connected email and use your profile name. If you want to change the name the email is sent from within your CRM you will need to update your user profile name within the CRM. There's some info on how to do this available on the HS knowledgebase here.
