Capabilities of emailing and insights from emails send via HubSpot
resolver
Good day, everyone!
I see that HubSpot has capabilities to see how many times an email was opened, by whom (Contact, email), and at what time if we send it using HubSpot, but not an email Client we use—Gmail/ Outlook, right? I can see it in a feed in Prospecting.
Should the email be sent directly from HubSpot to use those features, or can we do it just via an email client synced with HubSpot? Can we see the links that were clicked, how many times, and when? What about documents? Can we get any insights from anything and everything that was clicked and opened by a prospect and the customer in HubSpot regarding the time and number of times?
I would appreciate your guidance and links to the Knowledge base related to this topic.
- You can send emails either directly from HubSpot or through your synced email client like Gmail or Outlook, as long as you have the HubSpot extension set up. Both options will allow you to track things like opens, clicks, and document views. However, sending directly from HubSpot might give you more accurate tracking data.
- For links and documents, HubSpot will track when links are clicked and how many times, and it will also show you when a document is viewed and how it was interacted with. You can see all of this in your HubSpot activity feed, including when an email was opened, how many times it was clicked, and all the document interactions. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Kindly find the links to the knowledge base regarding this below:
