Cannot connect site123 email account.

my hub is 8647491

I'm getting this error:

To set IMAP, use the following settings:

• User Name: email address
• Password: email password (the EMAIL password, not the SITE123 account's password)
• Host Name: mail.enter-system.com
• Port: 993
• SSL: yes

I' double checked the server config and usernames/passwods.

If I have to change email provider, Can you recommend  an cheap alternative working well with hubspot ?(I need to use my own domain)
