Cannot add email adress to my profile

SOLVE

Hi everyone,

I created my account on Hubspot this week, this CRM is great!

But I cannot add another email adress in my profile: I belong to 2 different companies, therefore my commercial emails can be sent from both mailboxes, depending on the nature of my customers. I'd like to save my second adress so that I can choose for my prospection...

Do you know if it's possible ?

Hi @ThibaultSB,

 

You can either add your other email address as a user in the portal, or you can follow the steps outlined here to connect a second inbox and send emails through a second email address.
