Error : it looks like there is another user with the email address. if the user account is yours you will need to delete it before you can use the email address in this account.
I wanted to refer you to this help article on changing a user's email address. Please note that you cannot edit your email address to be the same as an existing HubSpot user. This includes users that do not have access to your HubSpot account, unlessthe user has been permanently deleted.
If this error persists after taking the steps in the help article and ensuring the old user is deleted, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, where you are able to share screenshots and further information about this.
