Can't receive or send gsuite email in hubspot inbox

Hi,

 

We connect our gsuite mail to hubspot and also configured email forwarding in Google Domains. We don't see email in our Hubspot inbox. We do see our email in gsuite inbox.

 

In Google domains we get the notification that we have to verify our email but we don't receive a verification email in hubspot or Google mail.

 

Hope someone can help us out!

Can't receive or send gsuite email in hubspot inbox

Hello, this is usually handled automatically by Hubspot, even for the inbox verification.

I suggest to you to try to connect by going to 

1. Settings
2. Email integrations
3. Connect personal inbox

And then follow the steps. If you continue to have this issue, I'd recommend you to contact the Hubspot support.

Thanks for your input. Very much appreciated.

 

We tried it but still no email in the Hubspot inbox. We do receive Facebook messenger messages but no mail from our Google Gsuite mailserver although it is connected in settings.

Hello again,

 

Ok, try to check if your email domain was not added to the filters / blocked domain.

Go to Settings -> Integrations -> Email integration and check the tab Log and Track.
