Can't delate email templates previously used in sequence

SOLVE
Hi there. I stopped my sales starter plan and now I want to delete some of my templates which were in the sequences. I'm not able to delete them as the error I'm getting is that I need to delete the templates from the Sequence first, which I no longer have access.

This is a known issue. Forutnately, the HubSpot Community managers are helping users with deletion over in this thread. I'd recommend you hop over there, add your request and share your portal ID.

SOLVE

Hi, I Submitted this form a couple of weeks ago but still have not been helped. The templates from the sequence are still taking 3 spots out of our 5.
