There is a SMTP set up and I've also been able to use the Hubspot pluggin in my Outlook to add new clients and follow-up e-mails, but so far I've been unable to save and see e-mail in the CRM, even with the bcc foward address provided.
Is there anyway I can have access to e-mail sent by my team and myself in the CRM without entering them manually in Hubspot?
