Can e-mail integration work without IMAP protocol

Hi,

We are currently working with an external partner to host our Microsoft Exchange server and they have disabled IMAP protocol for security reasons... 

There is a SMTP set up and I've also been able to use the Hubspot pluggin in my Outlook to add new clients and follow-up e-mails, but so far I've been unable to save and see e-mail in the CRM, even with the bcc foward address provided. 

Is there anyway I can have access to e-mail sent by my team and myself in the CRM without entering them manually in Hubspot?

Hi @GRR1908,

You can use the bcc address to get emails into the CRM as long as your email address meets the requirements outlined here. 

These include: 

• The user sending the email has sales access.
• The email address from which you are sending the email matches:
  • A user in your account.
  • One of your connected email addresses under Profile & Preferences.
  • An alias in your email client. 
• The email address of the recipient is not listed in your Never Log list.
