Bulk email and tracking data disappeared

SOLVE

Hi, I have sent numerous mass emails to my conttacts in your system and could track tthe opens, clicks, etc. Now, the history of these emails have completely disappeared without a trace, as have the area to even look at tracking data. Can you please help me find where these navigations have gone?? I asked a service rep for help. and she could not find them either...?

Hi @TDoingtheThang 

 

Before we spend a lot of time troubleshooting this, I would start with:

 

  1. Log out of HubSpot.
  2. Clear the cache on your web browser and then close it.
  3. Reopen your web browser and log back into HubSpot.

Alternately, simply open an incognito browser window and log in from there. 

 

Most likely this is a simple caching issue.
