We are BCCing the 2519569@bcc.hubspot.com, however only a portion of our emails are being logged. Furthermore, I have tried to FWD emails that were not captured in Hubspot to this email, and it is still not logging. How can I ensure my emails are properly being captured? Also, can emails still be logged if using mail merge through outlook?
There are some requirement for BCC email logging. Could you confirm that all requirements to log emails to the CRM are met for all emails that are affected??
