How do I make a sequences of emails that includes both Template emails from Communication and Marketing Emails from the Marketing section? The Template emails are standard text and the Marketing email have more graphics and links to surveys. Can I combine these together and send one Sequence or one Workflow?
You can use this action to enroll/unenroll the contacts going through your workflows, you can then use other actions in your workflows to send marketing emails too.

Hi @MClifton! If design is your overall question, then you can switch between marketing email templates and use a very simple text-based email in between more design-centric emails in a workflow. However, we cannot switch between sales templates and marketing email templates, no.
Thanks!

As @TomM2 mentioned, you can use a workflow to enroll and unenroll in a sequence, but I see you are using Pro. Please note you'll need Service or Sales Enterprise to enroll/unenroll in a sequence from a workflow.

I understand that you want to be able to automate emails using templates from Conversations Templates and Marketing Templates at the same time, is that right?
What would be the triggers that you would use for your sequence or workflow? And which type of action are you looking to put in place in this sequence or workflow?
I also wanted to invite a couple of subject matter experts to this conversation @Phil_Vallender, @Josh and @danmoyle, do you have suggestions to help @MClifton, please?
If anybody else has anything to add and/or share, please feel free to join in the conversation 🙂
