BBC Adress does not work

Hi HubSpot Masters,
I need Your help.

I send Emails from my G-mail and add to BBC my "BBC address" (from Hubspot settings).

But Emails, which have "BCCed address" do not attached to any matching contacts in Hubspot.
Am i doing something wrong?

Hey Oskar,

Are the contacts you are email known contacts in the CRM?

By the way if you are using Gmail why not use the plugin to save you using the BCC address? I find it much quicker and it woks too 🙂

I want to have all our company mails in hubspot.
When someone who never log in to hubspot add our BBC adress to UDW then this message doesnt upload to Hubspot.
And it is the problem, because not everyone need use hubspot but we want to have all messages in hubspot

Please help because the problem growing up and i can not connect with support

Thank you for reaching out. 

The user that sends the email with the BCC address need to be a user in your HubSpot portal and have sales access, which is probably why it's not working here. You can have more information on the necessary requirements to use the BCC address in the following article:

I use widget, but i want to import all mails, which are written by my employees.
I don't want to get them to set up a hubspot.
They do not need it.

I give them BBC adress, but when they write mail and add BBC adress from hubspot, this mail and conversation do not add to Hubspot.

Also when i off widget and add BBC adress from hubspot manually, i have the same problem - use BBC adress and conversation isnt import.
