Automated email when new contact/deal is added

Hi,

I have the crm suite starter.

Have set up an automated email sequence from a newsletter form. Works well.

But I also need an email sequence for new paying customers.

Can't seem to figure out how to do it.

Was told I could do it through starter pack.

Hi @MLagerkvist, Yes, you can set up an automated email sequence for new paying customers using the HubSpot Workflows tool by CRM Starter Suit plan. This can be found within the Automation tab in HubSpot.

You can create a workflow that will trigger when a customer is marked as a paid customer. This trigger can then send out an automated email sequence to your customer.

You can also set conditions and actions within your workflow to ensure that the right emails are sent at the right time.

Yes I know that is an option in the professional pricing module.

But I'm only on the starter hub.

I would like to start an email sequence for paying customers without the functionality in professional. Is it possible somehow?

Dear @MLagerkvist, Unfortunately, it is not possible to start an email sequence for paying customers without the functionality in professional plan. The starter plan does not include the ability to set up automated emails for customers.
