Gotcha, Jeff. So this probably sounds really silly and basic, but sometimes I've found hiccups in the HubSpot system. Have you signed out, cleared your cache, and signed back in to retry it?
Also, do you have the HubSpot Support (Help) button in the bottom right of your portal? Their technical support is really helpful.
If it's still not working, come back and maybe someone else has seen the error and has a solution. Cheers!
