Adding branding to HubSpot email signatures

We use the free version of HubSpot.

We send emaisl from the HubSpot mail client

We use the email signature templates which are included within HubSpot

I am being asked if we can adapt the included email signature templates to incorporate our branding - logos, straps etc.

Can this be done inside the HubSpot templates or do we need to go to a third party company to get them to do this?

Thank you in advance.

Adding branding to HubSpot email signatures

Hey @MChanning, thank you for posting in our Community!

Yes, you can definitely adapt the included email signature templates in HubSpot to incorporate your branding elements such as logos and straps. HubSpot provides customization features within the platform that allow you to personalize your email signatures to align with your brand identity.

You can easily upload your logo and customize the design of your email signature directly within HubSpot's templates. More information here.

Kindly,

Pam

Adding branding to HubSpot email signatures

Thanks very much Pam

We use some third party email signature creating software when we send emails from Outlook.

This includes this months 'marketing messages' etc.

We tested this with HubSpot and it works well, other than the recipient still sees - on the emails we send with no signature, the "is this email not relevant to you? Click here" and "powered by HubSpot" messages as showing in the screen shot below -

Is there a way by which we could remove these messages please?

Thanks again.
