Add a template for sending quotes to customers

Not sure if this is the correct group.

When I complete a quote, I have the option to copy the URL or send directly as an email to customer.

The issue is that when I click the 'send as email' option, the email itself is hard to edit because the only thing that shows up on the email is the URL. Therefore, I need to go in and manually add their name at the top and then change the Display text for the URL. 

It would be greate if we had a template that we could create for all quotes that go out to customers through the ' send as email' option

I was able to research more about it and looks like in our forum ideas that is in planning currently be able to customize Quote template/appearance

Hello Diana,

I was referring to the mail that is generated by hubspot. The mail with the url to the generated quote.
If you choose a template the quotation link is deleted.
