Hi, I am looking to analyze activities by leads across multiple clients for various durations. Particularly looking at direct outreach mails logged into the system using a chrome extension, and not marketing emails.
Here is a quick scenario - I have 79 valid contacts in company ABC that my team has interacted with over the past 15 months. I am keen to see which of the contacts received, replied to direct emails sent by my team during this period. Doing this by clients will give me high/medium/low engage contacts and also a sense of engagement by my team, and helps plan for outreach.
Right now, I create a list of contacts with ABC company domain, modify view and export the file to capture the most pertinent fields - last activity, last modified, etc. This is insufficient to capture frequency of engagement, which is a strong determinant for our business.
Has anybody attempted to create a custom (contact) property that can capture this information?

Great question! If you're looking to capture the frequency of engagement beyond what the default activity properties provide, you might consider setting up an automated workflow.
One approach is to create a custom property, for example, "Engagement Score" and use workflows to increment it each time a direct outreach email is logged.
