Activities Report - Filtering out sequences

Hi Hubspot Community - I'm looking to more accuratly track my teams activities in hubspot. Is there a way to filter out any emails that have been sent automatically via a sequence and only look at say first emails (organic or via template) to a contact?

@PamCotton I'm also looking for an answer to this. I can only find a contact property that's "Now in Sequence" but just want to know if an email was automated (sequence) vs manual. Any ideas?
