AI Assistant Not Incorporating Deal History in Email Drafts

I'm reaching out to gather insights on an issue I've encountered with the AI Assistant: When drafting follow-up emails for stalled deals, the AI doesn't seem to pull in previous conversation contexts like past emails, call logs, or notes.
I've confirmed that the AI settings, including CRM data access and Copilot, are enabled. Despite this, the generated emails lack personalization based on historical interactions.
Has anyone faced a similar challenge? Any suggestions on how to: 1. Enable the AI Assistant to reference past deal interactions. 2. Improve the contextual relevance of AI-generated emails.
You can see on this article "Use the prospecting agent" that to research, the agent considers recent engagements including:
Form submission and page views from the last seven days
Email content, call content, playbook submissions, notes, and meeting notes from the last 60 days.
If the previous conversations are included in other engagements like activities created by a 3rd party, they wouldn't get included in the research.
Just to clarify, which type of previous conversations are you referring to @APATEL862? What do you mean by "previous conversations"?

Hello, unfortunately, I don't know of anything else that you could do besides what you already enabled in the AI settings.
I haven't used the AI assistant conversations inbox of the chatbot, so I'm not sure how well it takes into account previous communication from the activity timeline. Based on the links @BérangèreL already shared and what is written under AI settings/Customer conversation data, it should take that into account. I used Prospecting agent, which somewhat takes into account the previous communication, but because of the limitation of the LLM model it uses, it sometimes does not contextualize it in the most meaningful way.
